**** Jacobs has been a huge help for us in collecting bad debt. *** and ***** have always been quick to act, communicate with us every step of the way, and provide suggestions on how best to proceed. They both are very well connected and have been great to work with. Thank you for being a great partner!

I have worked with Ryan & Jacobs for a few years, they are the best at collecting, **** is amazing, I have sent them invoices I have not been successful collecting, they were able to collect the same day. They sincerely care about me as a customer. They walked me through the whole process and followed up every step of the way. They have been a great asset for my company, very ethical. I would highly recommend Ryan & Jacobs.

Working with Ryan & Jacobs has been such a blessing for our business! They helped ** recover equipment and funds from a rental customer. Before we called them we tried many different avenues and companies to help us with little to no effort. Ryan & Jacobs was able to successfully get back our equipment and money owed quickly. They follow up regularly on all our accounts and even call us weekly to see if we have any new business for them to take on. They are efficient, knowledgeable, transparent, and have excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them if you need someone on your side! We will continue to use them for our company's needs.

Horrible customer service. Once you sign up they DO NOT call to give updates nor status. They did not follow our request to move forward with legal proceedings, they made the decision to cease the collections efforts or to move forward with filing the lawsuit against a vendor as we requested. *****'s response was the vendor didn't have anything to go after, thats' not her nor her company's decision to make but they did and did not notify us they ceases/closed the account, I had to call for an update. POOR SERVICE!1

Dear *******, we appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns. Upon reviewing recorded phone calls, emails and notes, we would like to take this opportunity to further explain our processes, as it appears that there is a misunderstanding. We are completely transparent. We provided you access to our database to review live updates whenever you choose to login. Anytime you have called our office, we have been responsive. Emails have always been answered. Did you inform our team that phone calls are your preference of communication? If so, did you explain how often? We love talking to our clients. What we have recorded is that there were calls and emails. As far as the lawsuit goes, from what I investigated and discovered, there was pushback from your company on paying the court cost of filing the lawsuit. Our attorney is contingent; therefore he does not charge you a retainer nor gets paid unless the lawsuit is successful, but the upfront court filing fee is to be paid by the client, not the defendant. No defendant would ever agree to pay upfront court cost to have their own selves be sued. We have discovered that was the reason your company originally said no to our suggestion of a lawsuit. In fact, one of our owners attempted to call your owner and explain the process, left a message, but the call was never returned. When this issue was escalated to our owners by our team members, we took action to try to explain the matter in greater detail, but again, the call was never returned. As far as your call with ***** yesterday, there was a miscommunication. The collector on the account did state that the account was not suable, but the wrong reason was given. We never heard back from Reliable after being told in June that the defendant should pay the upfront court cost, and after the attempted communication from our owner. This was the reason for closure, not that the account isn't suable. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication. If you would like to move forward with the lawsuit, we will initiate the suit with our attorney after the court filing fee is paid. In addition, our owners would still like to talk with you in greater detail about the account. We hope this helps. Thank you.
