    12/15: Employee of ** based Wright *********************************************** company (WCG) contacted me by unknowm means to discuss "affairs" from an out of state family member, that I might be "responsible" for. At the time I believed they were a law firm in WA. I knew nothing about the situation and stated I had no recent contact with the family. I said I'd reach out and if I made contact, I'd pass on WCG info. I researched the company claiming debt and found bad review of the ***** **************** in WA state.
    12/20: I called WCG "****************" back and informed him I was unsuccessful at reaching the family. I told him of a family hospitalization that he claimed to be aware of. I mentioned the unfavorable customer review posted online and asked for a copy of the invoice. At that point, **** got rude with me and attempted to shame me for calling him. I reminded him that I was only attempting to help him do his job and that he had made first contact. He said he'd send the invoice in 10 mins and asked me to confirm receipt of it and ended the call abruptly. I received the invoice attached from **** S****** via email from *************, which I thought strange. **** quickly called back in 5 mins and I let him know that I recieved what was sent and restated I'd assist.
    12/22: **** called again on hounding me. He stated he'd gathered more "facts" on the case and requested further assistance with contact info. I stated I'd made contact and had forwarded info as I said I would. He directly asked for personal contact info. I told him I would'nt release the contact info I had recently aquired. Then he harshly said "I will use other means!". I started to ask if he'd wait till after the holidays to follow up, but he hung up on me!
    I recognize this agressive line of money grabbing work, but save the attitude for cage fighting. In MY opinion, civility is a better approach for all. Just because it is your right to be an ***, doesnt make it the right thing to do. The choice is yours alone.
