i never received the retainers. The seller LIED to ****** about sending them (he sent a fictitious tracking number and LIED about sending the item). I paid $267 for the service (this included an impression kit and the retainers that would be made from the impressions). The trays for the first impression kit were too big and my daughter was not able to make the impressions properly. I mentioned this to the seller and he suggested a second kit. So I purchased another kit (for $30). The second kit was incomplete ( no instructions and it was missing the second tray and it was thrown into a sandwich bag). So we were not able to make the impressions when I visited my daughter in *******. I contacted him when I got back to ** and asked him for a refund (this obviously was not going to work!). Even though the retainers were never made or sent, he said he couldn't refund me the money and offered a sh!tty little ******* kit and night guard instead (not even close to $200 in value). No refund was offered. AND HE KEPT THE MONEY for the retainers that were never made. When I filed a complaint with ******, he sent them a false tracking number and told them he had sent the retainers (how, if he never got the impressions!?). This guy is a scam artist and needs to be stopped.Initial Complaint

On June 17th (letter enclosed) of this year I ordered one (1) denture. I was given a mold for both the upper and lower teeth. I used the mold and sent back both molds to the vendor. The completed product arrived about 10 days ago. It was a terrible uncomfortable fit and it took me a whole day to realize that the mold for wrong -- i. e. it was for the upper teeth not the lower. And the number of teeth I paid for was more than what was created (see attached). The vendor had me take a photo of my teeth and said " order 6 and I will take care of it." The price of the denture was $390 and included one tooth. So, I ordered another 5 as instructed. The denture has only 3 teeth (see attached). I asked for a refund for 3 teeth or $75.00. The vendor said no refunds but he'd be happy to correct the denture. BUT MISSING FROM HIS REMARKS WAS ANY MENTION OF ADMITTING THE WRONG DENTURE WAS MADE AND HE WOULD MAKE A NEW ONE. I took that as obfuscation with his having no interest in replacing the denture with the correct one. He was quite pleasant hewing to a focus on the wrong denture. The facts are he cannot correct wrong denture. It does not need more than 3 teeth and I paid for 5. So, why not a refund if he won't agree to replace the wrong denture with the correct one which is the bottom teeth. Incidentally, if he creates the lower denture it still has only 4 or 5 teeth not 6 and he will still owe me either $25 or $50.
Finally, I am a 78 year old, single man living on a fixed income in NYC. I simply cannot afford to throw away $600 on a product that isn't what I need. I don't want the upper denture and will be happy to return it with the molds.Customer Answer

I purchased a dental device from ********************* (Neonbrite) on 4/10/24. He asked if I wanted to use my existing molds from 2017 of have new ones made. I opted for new ones and he sent a mold kit. I received the mold kit and returned it to him completed. He received it on 4/29/24. I then sent a follow-up email on 5/7/24 asking how long the device would take to complete. He stated in writing (10) business days from receipt of molds. After this period had passed and I did not received anything, I followed up again on 05/17/24 and explained I really needed the device by the 21st and if he could not supply it by then to please refund my money so I could purchase elsewhere. He responded that he would get me a tracking number as soon as possible. I asked again when that would be as my last order had taken longer to process and was late by a week or so. He did not answer this email, so I sent another one on May 21st explaining that I was requesting a refund because I had no product or shipment confirmation. On May 22nd he prepared a fake shipping label and sent me the tracking number, however NOTHING shipped. When I brought this to his attention he said he was still working on it. I again requested a refund and he refused because he said he'd done the work. He also offered to send me a picture? I explained again that a false shipping document and a "picture" were not acceptable. I requested a refund at least (5) times and he keeps thanking me for my patience and that he is working on it. I have filed complaints with the *********** Attorney General for fraud. I have attached copies of the fake shipping label, ******************** agency complaints.Initial Complaint

I've been waiting for a refund from Rob O*** at Neon Brite. This was after he received a letter from my attorney in 2021 demanding he refund me the $177.00 dollars he owes me. Rob of Neon Brite was suppose to supply me with a retainer, this was a reorder for a retainer that I had purchased before in the past. Before this last order I asked and he confirmed that he had the impressions on file before placing it. I was charged 177.00 and instead of a retainer, he sent me impression putty. He was contacted by my attorney and still has yet to provide me a refund. He emailed me and admitted to the mistake saying he thought he had the impressions on file. He then asked if I was sure if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to purchase something else instead. I replied that I was sure and did not want to make another purchase and that he would have to refund it another way other than the card he originally used for the purchase. He has not replied or made any refund. No one should purchase from this NEON BRITE. This is not the way to do business or treat customers.Business Response

This order was placed OVER TWO YEARS AGO and our policy is to honor any purchase within 12 months, once we close our books for the year, it's very difficult to see which have been filled and which haven't beyond one year. Mr. ****** purchased this during the COVID crisis OVER TWO YEARS AGO and I have no way of knowing what the status is, but I will gladly fill the order for him even though that is not our policy.
