      Seems to be the same story as everyone. I wish I had read the reviews here before I tried to order from them. Ordered from them in October 2021, they sent an order confirmation and charged my card immediately. After a long wait, I tried to get in contact with them over phone and e-mail. As with everyone else, no one picked up and they never replied/called back. Luckily, I purchased through **************** and they helped me with the dispute. The reason I am writing this now is that they just sent me an e-mail as of November 2022 about a delay in my order and a statement that the can "re-ship" or refund, but I need to call them... like I hadn't already tried many times.... and it was A YEAR LATER!!!! I am sure it is an automated e-mail to try to keep them out of hot water and it just upset me enough again that I wanted to add to the warnings out there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is such a shame too because they are the sole owners of these great ********* kids movies, Animated Stories from the New Testament, original made in the 90's/early 00's by the Family Entertainment Network. We were hoping to get DVD versions of these.

In the email, we asked for a good phone number to reach you and a good time to call. We don't want you to have to call us so we want to make sure we make this as easy as possible for you. I'm truly sorry for all the trouble. We are working very hard to make sure our processes are working properly and are not taking orders on our site until we have thoroughly tested every single process. I will have a refund check cut and mailed to you immediately and I'll have Customer Service reach out by email as well to follow up.

      Guess I had to give one star :( ordered products 22June2022 , received order number, order confirmation, nothing else; phone co tact is unmanned with no call back, emails are not acknowledged and or followed up no product, and to add insult to injury with my email they continually advertise products trying to swindle more money and time from me. It is now August. I reply to the advertisements with a reply to co tact me . NOTHING !

      Fraud!!!!!! I order mats for my daycare a month ago and still have not received it. I called no answer left messages no callbacks yet! And I sent over 5 emails and no response yet!!!!! What a scam . How are they still scaming? Now I have no mats and lost 240$ !!!!!!! Can someone tell me what can I do next? This company has to be stoped!
