    I went to this location around 1:30am on June 25, 2023 and paid $2.17. I ordered what I always get from Taco Bell: a beefy 5 layer burrito, black beans instead of beef because I am pescatarian. Have been for 4 years. When I looked at the screen upon ordering, it said beefy melt but its 1:30am and Im not paying attention to a discrepancy in the name. He repeated the order back and it was correct so I pulled forward. The guy at the window wasnt polite or rude at first he just handed my order and I drove off. I took and bite and this was not at all what I ordered. I didnt know if it contained meat or not but I did know there were ************** inside that do not come in a beefy 5 layer burrito. I drove back through the drive thru and said this isnt the right thing but I dont want a remake, can I have my money back the man instantly got rude, belligerent even and kept making comments of the burrito being $2 and hes not refunding me anything. I asked for his name and he said he wasnt giving me his name. Fair enough. I initially left but I knew I wanted to file this complaint, and the business would say they cant refund me cause I kept the food. So I came back and was met with the same man. I said can you take this back so I can get my money back later. He started recording me on his phone and threatened to call the police. I parked my car and said please do call them and then he says ** not calling them over $2 I asked when would his general manger be in and he said its against policy for him to tell me. *** worked in fast food for over 6 years. Asking when the general manager of the store would be in isnt against any policy, especially if a customer is only seeking a resolution. I took pictures of him since I couldnt get his name and attached them here. He also has a video on his phone of the incident and he basically recorded himself being very rude and belligerent. All I asked for was my money. This all happened over a refund request.

I drove up to the speaker and the lady taking the order, Angie said "order" I said excuse me? She said "order" I thought that was VERY RUDE!! I ordered and drove up to the window, she had a horrible attitude at the window so I said " You are being super rude" she said " I'm sorry you feel that way" I said " you are a customer service associate" she said " sorry you are having a bad day, but that's not my problem" I said "WOW, who is your GM" she said " I'm the manager" I said "WOW you are the manager? That's horrible! You are suppose to be an example to your team" I said " I am calling corporate on you" she said " call whoever you want" I was appalled!! How can you have your GM, and/or associates treat customers like that!! We always go to that location but that will be the last time I EVER go there. I want my money back and an apology from the GM (Supposedly Angie).
