This company offers the absolute worst customer service that I've ever experienced. After receiving a bid, they refused to return calls or emails to explain why their estimate did not match what was represented on site. But they did demand a 50% deposit prior to showing up. If they won't respond to get your deposit, why would you think they'd show up, or do a decent job after they had had half up front? Beware of fraud here!

We sent this person an estimate right away after our appointment in June, 2022. We followed up within days of sending the first estimate. We didn't hear back from this person until September 6, 2022. We made the requested revisions and sent the revised proposal on September 7, 2022. A simple phone call or reply to our email to discuss any further changes wanted would have sufficed instead of leaving this inaccurate and false review....at 3AM! We are in no way fraudulent and value our customer service as seen in the hundreds of 5 star reviews we have all over the internet.

"A simple phone call or email..."
On 8/31/22 @4:20 PM - I called ***'s office number. Ash told me he never comes in to the office, call his cell.
On 8/31/22 @4:30 PM - I called Ken's cell phone, left message to call me back.
On 9/2/22 @ 5:14 PM - I called Ken's cell phone again and left him a message to call me back.
On 9/7/22 @ 4:30 PM - I called Ash back at the office number and told her that I had called Ken and not heard back. She said she'd have him call.
On 9/7/22 @ 8:59 PM - Ken emailed me the same estimate and instructed me to not call him again, only contact him by email.
On 9/8/22 @ 4:42 AM - Responded by email to Ken requesting him to split the estimate into two parts and begin the fence project.
On 9/15/22 @ 1:33 AM - I sent a second email to Ken requesting a split agreement authorization for the fence.
On 9/15/22 @ 9:53 AM - Ken responded by email that I should find another company. Quite frankly, I agree with that.
But what was so simple about that "one phone call or email?"
