    The company stained my fence. The stain washed off within 30 days and refused to come and fix it. Through my persistence they came to fix it, restained it but ruined / damaged the other side of the fence by incorrect application and it soaked through my neighbors side. My neighbor is requiring me to replace the fence. They do not want this company to set foot on their property because the way that they treated me as they are bullying me as an Asian woman. My neighbor wants me to replace the entire fence which costs more than the $2K and I have repeatedly asked them to refund me the $2k so that I can replace the fence. They refuse to do so.

    Her fence staining looks awesome.  Some stain bled through the other side of one fence line because it has been neglected for so long and is extremely dry.  We have made efforts to make this right but asking her for her neighbor's contact information.  We also offered to pay another company to stain the neighbor's fence.  She will not cooperate and is very aggressive. The neighbor's fence does not need to be replaced.  It just needs some stain and has needed stain for a long time.  If she wanted this resolved and wasn't trying to get free fence staining from us, she would cooperate.  We will not refund her payment because we stained her fence per our contract, and it looks awesome. We are happy to work with the neighbor if she will send us the contact information or have the neighbor call us. We have no way to get in touch with the neighbor. ..
