      The issue is with salesman name ****** and his supervisor very bad customer service they both were yelling with the owner no communication with owner for order always short this is my 3rd complaint not resolved with the company

      On May 9, 2025, I was eating a bag of Doritos Dinamita Chile Limn (purchased from Frenchies Liquor Store in ********, **********, *****), when I found a sharp, rubber/plastic-like foreign object inside the bag. I was at the bottom of the bag and poured the crumbs into my mouth, almost choking on the object while chewing. This was extremely unsafe and could have caused serious harm.I have attached photos of both the bag (with clear expiration date and batch info) and the object I nearly swallowed.I immediately reached out to Doritos/Frito-Lay through social media and customer service channels. Despite multiple attempts, I have received no proper acknowledgment or resolution. This is a serious consumer safety issue, and their lack of response is *************** this point, I am asking for:A formal investigation and explanation from Frito-Lay Assurance that this will be taken seriously and properly reported internally Appropriate compensation or follow-up I am also reporting this incident to the *** due to the safety risk *************** of the product and foreign object are included for your review.Thank you for your help in holding this company accountable.

      Good Morning,

      This concern was submitted to our office by email and social media.

      Resolved by email on 05/13/2025 coupons sent to consumer. 

      Our office spoke with the consumer on 5/15/2025 regarding the social post to attempt to resolve again.

      Email sent requesting photos of the bag and item found - no response to email sent.

      I purchased a family fun mix on 4/18/25 at Albertsons in ********, ca Upon opening and trying to enjoy the cheetos crunchy, I couldn't help notice that they were stail ,I opened up another cheetos crunchy and it was the same... stail... all the other flavors were fresh and crunchy. I felt a bit disappointed, these are my go to chips from the variety pack

      I bought a bag of Doritos ( Spicy Nacho ) on April 02, 2010 at a Dollar General located in ******, ********. The address is ( ************************************* ******, **************. The product number is ( ********** ). The expiration date is ( June 17, 2025).I had bought two bags of Doritos for $7 not including tax. Each bag cost more than $4. My complaint is about the bag of Doritos ( Spicy Nacho ). On April 10, 2025 approximately 11:35 a.m.; I opened the bag of ******* ( Spicy Nacho ). Upon eating more than several chips; I grabbed a large different chip from the bag. Then I grabbed another large different chip from the bag. I dont know what happened doing the manufacturing process of this bag of Doritos ( Spicy Nacho ), but something is not right. I am very concerned about my health and what happened in the manufacturing process of this bag of Doritos ( spicy Nacho ). The bar code of this bag of Doritos ( Spicy Nacho ) is **********. I am very concerned about my well being and how will I cope with this every day until this complaint is resolved. I dont wont to sue and have not started the process. I want to come up with a agreement and an amount with the company to resolve this complaint.

      I purchased 5 large cans of bbq pringles and they were not filled to the top ! The price of these pringles and these are not filled is a very serious concern !

      Found a piece of rat p*** inside a closed bag of flamin hot Cheetos. They think I want coupons which i do not. What if a child would have eaten It thinking it was a chip? That's disgusting and a serious health violation....

      On 10/28/2024 Pepsico/Fritolay requested a vehicle towing service for a truck that had been in an accident. We provided the service as requested. We submitted the invoice to their provided billing email with the provided PO number. 5 months have passed and we have received no response or payment for the provided service.

      I bought tostitos white queso dip in November and the expiration date is May 8th 2025. My 6 year nephew wanted chips and salsa so he went and grab the white queso luckily I was paying attention because when he opened it, there was mold growing all over the top of jar(which I have pictures) and he showed me. Completely ridiculous when expiration isn't for 3 months and it was just bought 2 months ago, not even.

      We opened the bag and the majority of the chips were as the attached picture shows. We were unable to eat the majority due to how much salt/seasoning and oil the chips had. We have never ran into such an issue before.

      Bought a bag of variety peanuts from **** club. Was eating some on Sunday January 19. Put some peanuts in mouth and started chewing, next I felt a sharp pain on my back tooth. I spit everything else out and came to see a stick mixed with peanuts. It **************** or broke my filling along with pain at that time. Stop eating and wont eat their product any longer.

      I am rejecting this response because:   Yes I did speak to her, but I told her if Im going to see dentist they are going to charge me for x rays. She also said that they wont guarantee paying for anything. I dont think I should be paying for anything out of pocket for something that their product caused. I gave her my dentist name and phone number. She could call and get estimate for x rays and to fix fillings and go about that to see what they should pay.

      Good Afternoon, We apologize for the delayed response

      Our office explained that we do not make a promise to pay, we have to follow the dental policy & procedure that is in place.  In order to move forward, we would need the dental forms completed by the consumer & the dentist.  Legally, we cannot contact the dentist without the forms on file.  Once the forms & treatment plan have been submitted for consideration, we are able to legally contact the dentist if needed and to move forward with providing the consumer with a decision on their case.

      We welcome the opportunity to work with the consumer but we are currently waiting on the Letter of Representation from the consumers attorney.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I cant afford to pay for a visit at the moment. Would an estimate from my dentist work. I dont feel I should be dealing with this because is something a multibillion dollar company caused. Its negligence on part of your employees. If I wouldve have swallowed it or something else wouldve have happened it wouldve been a whole different story. I dont have time to make this bigger all I want is for the company to fix their mistake
