    Good machine but their subscription is ABSURD. I tried it without any subscription and it's not a brick but they clearly put 0 effort into any sort of offline mode which makes it awful to use. Company feels like they just want to walk the VC/private quity route instead of focussing on customer experience and retention. My next device will just be a old skool steel device without all this useless AI/Subscription stuff. I find it quite a scam after dropping 5.5k for my device.

    Do not buy from them!! When I originally purchased my machine (and paid them for it), I was told I would have the machine in 1-3 weeks. Its been ******************************************************************************* an ADDITIONAL 1-3 weeks. Incredibly frustrating, and they are still running sales on their website without mentioning the fact that they probably wont ship for at least 3 months. It seems like intentional deception to me.

    I bought a OxeFit system Jan 2024.. dont have any issue with the system, when they delivered the system they scratched my floors/ stairs badly and since 9 months I am running form pilled to post they are not able to fix it, the guy at OxeFit told me that they do not have the insurance to support my claim, for me it looks like a mom and pop shop with no accountability for their actions .. did not had. Good experience very bad customer service.

    It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to feel like your hard-earned money has been taken advantage of. I was genuinely excited about purchasing their machine and followed all their instructions for delivery and installation. However, unexpected circumstances arose, and I had to cancel my order due to a job promotion that required me to move. I reached out to the company and followed all the necessary steps to cancel and requested a refund. They approved my cancellation, and they reassured me that they would take care of everything and refund my money, including the payment made through Affirm.But, despite their assurances and numerous promises, Oxefit failed to follow through on their commitments. They kept my loan active and even sent me a notice that I would be charged on May 5th. I contacted ***, who claimed to escalate the issue to the team, but unfortunately, nothing was done. I even contacted ******, who advised me to dispute the loan and try reaching out to Oxefit again. I followed their advice, but Oxefit simply passed my case back to *** without any resolution.Month after month nothing was done except dishonesty, I continued to receive no response or action from Oxefit. My loan is still active, and the second month's payment is looming. Despite sending multiple emails and expressing my concerns, it seems that Oxefit has no intention of resolving this matter and is completely neglecting their responsibility to refund my money.I want to warn anyone who is considering purchasing from Oxefit to think twice. This company has shown a complete lack of integrity and customer service. It's also disheartening to see that even Affirm has not been able to help in resolving this issue. I deeply regret not using a credit card or PayPal for this transaction, as I would have had better protection and a higher chance of obtaining a refund by now. Experiencing such dishonesty and negligence is truly disheartening.
