    Not very upfront with customers and charge them for things that were not asked for or disclosed prior to service. Came in for a quick watch repair and was told the watchmaker would look at it. Then when my watch was finished I was told the total was $150 plus tax because the watchmaker decided to polish the bracelet of my watch as well for an extra $50. Absolutely unacceptable and I never requested the services so how can they just decide to do it and then charge me for it. Also says on their website that they will provide a free estimate before work is done and this was not provided.
