****** and **** were helpful, knowledgeable, and great at communicating with me throughout the process. I cannot speak highly enough about this company that put my mind at ease and made a difficult situation easy. I highly recommend SlumberSource to anyone who needs a hospital bed. I would give them an A+ rating!

I don't usually leave reviews - but the experience I had with this company was amazing from start to finish and I need to share! Buying this bed is an investment, a lot of money going in and a long term furniture I will be keeping. The site is easy to navigate with informative options. ************ was great with recommendations based on my needs and explaining the terms and features so I knew what I would be getting. He helped me through the checkout process and gave me an accurate timeframe for delivery. **************** called me shortly after and gave me a thorough rundown about the process for delivering and technicians coming to my home same day to assemble the bed. He kept me up to date for when the bed reached the shipping terminal, when it was in the delivery truck, and even was in contact with the driver so I knew exactly when it was coming! The technicians were great and very thorough in making sure everything was ok. SlumberSource is great with communicating the WHOLE time, very educated with their products, and only wants the best for their customers. 5++ stars!!!!SlumberSource
