    2/11/25 Allen medical sent a claim to my insurance BCBS for baby formula. They charged me the full deductible for my son of $3,294.97. I paid $1,000 on my HSA and $2,294.97 on my personal credit card. I only received one order of formula before issues started happening and my account was placed on hold and formula was not being sent, even though I paid in full. On 3/19/25 I had to have a three way conversation with BCBS and Allen medical to explain that I will no longer receive supplies from them and that a refund needs to be sent. I have them ***** days to process the refund. Now its 5/12/25 and have not received any from Allen Medical. BCBS called Allen medical and they stated they credited my credit card back on 4/28/25. That is not even possible to credit a CC $3174.49 when I didnt put that charge on my CC in the first place. I still have not received my refund from them and now they will not answer the phone when **** calls.

    8-22-2023 Bought a scooter for $2,879.99 but they never provided it. They continually said they are going to refund but havent
