I planned a move with The Movers in ****** about a week in advance, and they were on time and communicated promptly every time I needed a call back. I had a complicated move because my roommate wouldn't unlock the deadbolt to allow the moving process to proceed, and the owner was patient and went above and beyond expected to accommodate this problem. His movers were discreet and professional with regard to a highly contentious situation, and I am grateful to them for that! Their rate was 100$ plus less than a previous mover I used 6 mos prior, and the move was much bigger and time consuming. When I need to move in the future, I will definitely call The Movers again!The Movers

These guys are amazing. ***** accepted my request for movers to unload truck for me at the very last minute. ******* and team were waiting on me. These guys were thorough and fast. I'm getting ready to call them again to move my things in my new apartment. I highly recommend this company.The Movers

Worst experience with movers I've ever had in my life! They were late, slooooooow and extremely rude. Literally, I would burn my stuff before I would use this company again. They are terrible to deal with. The crew was so rude and made our day miserable.The Movers

I'm sorry to hear that ****. I see that we booked you last minute after your original movers bailed on you on August 29th and the crew came to you as fast as they could. You asked us to come at 3pm but the crew showed up at 3:30pm. The best way to make sure your movers show up on time is to book in advance, not an hour before you need their services.
It shows that your move took 3.5 hours total to move you from Mesquite to Arlington during rush hour. Keep in mind that we are on the clock while we are driving between locations. You also moved to the top floor which adds more time.
What did the crew say to you that was rude? I know that Beto and Garcia don't speak much because of a language barrier.... Please provide me with any other information so we can make improvements, thanks.Review fromCindy L.

***** and his guys moved us from ** to ** flawlessly! They prepared our things the day before the move. Then loaded and secured all items including our vehicle on a car tow. They arrived ahead of schedule and actually had to wait on **. ***** and his guys unloaded and setup beds etc. We couldn't ask for better service! Thank you again!The Movers

The crew was incredible. In one day they moved furniture from 3 locations consolidated and repacked 2 storage units and helped get our new home set up. They took the utmost care of all of our belongings and restored our faith in moving companies after a truly horrible experience with A+ moving company. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this team. We recommend them highly.The Movers
