    Good Morning, My car was involved in a hit and run, I took my car to Jordan **** to have them do the repairs. Allstate paid them with no hesitation. J***an f*** used a used faulted part and is now refusing to fix this issue, It is very unsafe to drive. I am not trying to drive and the whole driver side tire fall off and cause not just an accident but more damange to my car, myself or others. All im asking is that this/ parts get fixed and make sure its safe again under jordan f***s expense. I should not have to file another claim under my insurance for them to fix this like they are asking and telling me to do. Jordan f*** should be fixing this. As the driver side front assembly was fix, inner and outer tire rods. When im turning in my car, it feels like the whold driver side tire is going further under the car.
    I have attached the estimates and then the paper jordan f*** sent me via email. I also have a paper copy of all the parts and warranties and most part where used from a junk yard, if you need this as well i can email it.

    The customer has collision repairs done at our dealership back in February 2022. She is now having concerns that she considers safety relates and she feels is related to the accident. She has already spoken to her insurance company (Allstate). I have also just spoken to her. She is bringing in vehicle on Tuesday, Aug 30 for inspection and correction.
