    Being drug along for almost 2 months to sort out an issue. Firstly, the communication is virtually non-existent, and sparse. If you're lucky to get a response at all. When I placed my order for a guitar, the listing said that the guitars were to ship in July, but I placed my order at the beginning half of September, inferring I got lucky to get a shipment that is shipping soon. Not long after placing the order, the listing updated to say it was shipping in January of 2025. For the timeline I needed the guitar for, this wouldn't work and felt deceptive. After attempting emails and calls for over a month, I finally get a response saying they were refunding my order(paid through Affirm since I wasn't exactly sure when it would ship, and didn't mind paying it off after it did). Now it is November 13th, and Affirm is harassing me for payment yet I have tried to plead that the refund should be processed yet they insist that it hasn't been, and no one at Jericho Guitars responds to my emails about this. Silence. It's a shame because I REALLY wanted the guitar, and depending on the quality planned to equip my whole band with Jericho instruments. But I'd rather not deal with this headache ever again. If this reaches a point that Affirm sends this to collections, a civil suit will be filed.

    I never got a response from them within 24 hours. I have left emails, voicemails. For all I know Im paying on a guitar Ill never receive. I never received a tracking number. I ordered this guitar on October 3rd. I knew it was going to be a wait, but no answer, no communication? Inexcusable. Not a good business.

    Hi there. This customer ordered a Pre-Order for the following year, he received confirmation and a Thank You message on on October 3rd @ 4:40pm. That is the same day of your order and well within your required time window of 24 hours. Ours is actually ***** hours, but it seems we did that within hours of your order.You did however send another email using a different email address without any of your order information, which may have caused some confusion, but none-the-less, sorry for your experience.

    **** was very helpful responding to emails and helped me get payments that suited my needs. I received a tracking number from ***** and it has not updated for several days. Several phone calls, two voicemails, several more emails and still no response. Just because of this I have been requesting a refund and have not been able to get in touch since my payments were processed.

    We made a special split payment for this customer to pay with multiple cards and then packaged his guitar up before the weekend shipment going out (2 drop-offs per week). There is nothing out of the ordinary here. Had he not requested a refund within hours after his purchase, it would have been out the door Friday. This "several day" update issue is resolved because the guitar was not scanned in, so now that the Holiday Weekend is over and Monday Morning has finally come, we will process this request. Leaving one calendar day between phone calls, two voicemails, and several more emails is a sure way to get a response within our 24 hour window required for responses. (see FAQ ***** hours). Luckily, someone was monitoring the messages and held your guitar back instead of shipping it, so you could get your refund without also getting the guitar.
