    Certainly, heres a draft for your review:I am deeply disappointed with the judging process at the County Young Artist Competition hosted by the Plano Symphony Orchestra. My son, a dedicated violinist who has achieved success at numerous prestigious competitions, was unfairly evaluated not based on his skill, performance, or technique, but rather on the perceived quality of his instrument. The judge openly criticized the sound of his violin, completely disregarding his musicality, technical proficiency, and *********** is disheartening to witness such bias in a competition meant to support young artists. Judging a performance based on the cost or perceived value of an instrument rather than the musicians talent undermines the spirit of such events. My son plays on a high-quality instrument that we carefully selected within our means, and to have his efforts dismissed because it wasnt deemed good enough is both unprofessional and discriminatory.Competitions like this should focus on nurturing talent and rewarding hard worknot alienating young musicians based on factors beyond their control. This experience has left us questioning the fairness and integrity of this competition. I urge the Plano Symphony Orchestra to address this issue and ensure future events prioritize musicianship over materialistic judgments. Young artists deserve better.Let me know if youd like adjustments.
