      It's a scam if you're needing a regular passport. All he did was provide false information to make me fill out a new passport application and schedule an appointment to a county clerk (which isn't necessary) and I had to pay $100. When the business claims it's in the agreement, I'd like him to provide the agreement online so people can read through it before they waste their time going their to hear their misinformation. Please don't make the same mistake I did and look up Passport Application online to get the correct info and save your time and money.

      As you are aware, we went thru all fees and charges before we stated any service. You had complete option to not use the service.
      It is disingenuous for you after the service has been performed exactly as explained at the beginning.
      Thousands of customers do not feel it is a scam and are very happy. We save you time, hassle and headache in getting your passport.

      He claims we went over the service offered but he never mentioned offering false information as a service or provided info on the specifics until after he had the check and contract. I made a mistake but this place is still a scam and their “services” are unnecessary if you have internet access
