The business responded on November 12, 2020 to clarify there service as a consultancy that assists families with loved one's facing potential parole navigate the adjudication process. The business also addressed and modified the advertised "guarantee" claim.
While the business has been cooperative and responsive to BBB NCTX requests, as of current date the business has not provided proof of business registration in the state of Texas.
