    My wife and I signed a sales contract with Southern Hills Home Buyers on January 16, 2024. Now, on the very last day before the closing deadline we received a notice that they want to reduce the purchase price by 10k!!! We have through the ******* with this company. From the lack of communication to the underhanded approach to closing. would advise anyone to avoid this company. I will await the customary response stating how they are not the ones to blame. How an inspection was made, blah, blah, blah. No one ever knocked on our door nor came inside. That was a really good inspection.

    Our system will not recognize a duplicate unless the address, name, phone number, and email are identical. The I have attached screen shots to show that multiple phone numbers and emails were used to obtain cash offers from this homeowner.

    After we went under contract we realized we had already been to this property on 7/22/2025 and were not able to meet your pricing expectation. I also have notes in our system showing you mentioned you have already been under contract twice and both terminated. 

    We operated within the contract that was signed and terminated the agreement within the option period. I understand you feel as though it was not communicated properly and we are going to work on changes internally moving forward to improve.

    This company mis-lead me and took advantage of my ignorance by having me to sign a contract to sell my home to them. This company assumed my mortgage by taking over my payments and also making me still liable. The company never explained to me that I would still be liable for the mortgage even though I sold them my home. I request that this company shall pay off the loan entirely and release me from ALL liability.

    I am rejecting this response because: I never heard and or seen this document before. After reviewing all of the documents that I signed that day I never was informed or received a copy of this specific document. If I was informed that my loan was not going to be paid off if I sold my property to this company I would've cancelled this transaction. The whole purpose of me selling my property to this company was explained to me by ******** that I would no longer owe anything to anyone. Instead I was mislead in a very sinister way. If we can't come to a resolution than I will seek legal representation. I was also informed by an attorney that I was supposed to offer a buy-out and that I was suppose to receive my equity that I acquired in the home which I never received

    I am saleing my house have done a contract with this company the guys name is ******* his phone number is ***************** I didnt do a listing agreement I just found out he has my house listed for sale with my knowledge of this before we have even closed on the paperwork for my house it even has directions to my house to realators without my consent

    We signed a contract to purchase this home on 6/22/2023. We also got authorization to list the property for sale signed at the same time (document attached). We often pre list our properties for sale while under contract due to long days on market currently. This allows us to shorten our holding time period but does not effect any of our operations.

    We were ready and prepared to close on the property when the seller contacted us and asked to terminate the agreement. We immediately terminated the agreement and the termination is attached to this thread.

    I believe there was a misunderstanding here and we are ready to move forward in the event you change your mind
