    I purchased something and later that day realized it was not what I needed. I called the vendor and asked if I could return it. He said yes. I went in and received a receipt that reads, "**** CREDIT" in the amount of $84.42. The amount was never credited to my account. I went back to the store to have the credit, which was agreed upon and with my paper verification, with the hopes of completing the transaction. Once I explained the situation to the guy, he furiously started typing in the computer. He said, "You got cash." and pointed to the computer. I asked if I could see the computer entry and he said no. He asked for my licence for some reason and told me all credits are done by cash. I asked to see the cash receipt; I had the date, time and everything. He said he didn't have it. I told him that was because the receipt was a **** Credit. He denied his own credit receipt! He continued to talk around me insisting he was not at fault and treated me like an idiot. He told me he was texting his boss and to wait. I waited almost an hour for his boss to text him back and he said he didn't know why his boss wasn't texting him as his boss usually gets back to him within a couple of minutes. The guy continued to gas-light me and told me to come back tomorrow and to wait even longer. I have been trying to get this corrected for the past several months. The guy has come up with excuse after excuse and has done nothing but led me along. I need CBD Pros Plano to be a reputable business and not a shady enterprise. I've uploaded the **** Credit receipt for this issue.
