    I contacted Stack Sports ********************* regarding my account and the address the 1099 was sent to. Upon speaking with 3 representatives, I was told that my 1099 could be emailed to me. After contacting Stack sports billing ***** stack Ports Supervisors, Stack Sports *********************, and not getting returned phone calls or being told that they did not know what I was talking about. I decided to file a complaint. Stack Sports have held my 1099 purposely, not releasing it as stated beyond January 31, 2025. My townhouse is having water issues and I'm in the process of moving i to another. Updating my address will further delay getting my 1099 because the company is sm leasing with, has not decided which townhouse they will be moving me to. I was told by 2 Sports Connect representatives that my 1099 CAN be emailed. It has not been done yet. This company has continued to ignore calls and requests from me about this matter.

    We ordered a set of team basketball uniforms through Stack Sports with a quoted 10 day turnaround. It has now been nearly a month, and we cannot get an update on our order. All phone numbers go to voicemail, and all emails are not returned. We've tried to find contact information on social media, with no luck as well. We are now almost halfway through our season, and the kids don't have the uniforms that we have paid $1000 for.

    On January 26, 2024 my wife and son each received a 1099-*** from Spay, Inc. Same address, same phone number. Neither my wife nor my son have ever worked for or received any compensation from Spay, Inc nor have any of us ever heard of them.I believe someone is committing tax fraud and has gained access to my wife and son's SSNs and is using them.
