      My name is ********* and I want to express my gratitude to an Employee named **** who recently attended me and my Family at the Concession Stand of Cinemark Tinseltown El Paso Tx .He provided us an OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT service more than we have never before received such a great **************** very Professional ,Polite,Respectful ,Fast and Friendly I was impressed the way he attended us and also he also observed that he provided the same AWESOME **************** to other Customers and we were really happy by the way this Employee performed brillantly his job. I brlieved this Employee should be taken into consideration for a Managerial Positions or Career Advancement, This type of Employee make the difference and made us feel at Home with our Family. Please give my sincere gratitude to ****.

      My family and I were going to go see a movie at Cinemark today, but decided not to due to the forced arbitration agreement. I shouldn't have to sign away my family's constitutional rights to go see a movie.There is an opportunity to opt-out of this agreement, but it is too much work - I have to mail a physical letter. This is a lot of work in order to patronize a ***********, no thank you. I hope Cinemark would reconsider this, as we would love to patronize Cinemark in the future.

      ***** with customer wrong advisement for popcorn XL/w same day refill. It is only one refill not unlimited refill on same day. This is bad customer service..

      Cinemark needs to fix their website. They hide the information and policies on the ticket purchasing page which dictates anyone younger than 10 cannot attend a R-rated movie after 6PM. If and parent is buying a child ticket for an R-rated movie, they have no idea about the policy because they hid it. In all respects, if they have this policy, one shouldn't even be able to buy a children's ticket to an R-rated movie after 6PM. I'm sure they have conned thousand if not millions of parents of their money, since it is extremely difficult to get a refund.

      I placed a mobile pickup order (number ****) at Cinemark *****, choosing a pickup time of 5:50 pm before my 6 pm show. Upon arriving at 6:05 pm, my order wasn't ready. . After inquiring, they said they would prepare it. I requested for manager and When I spoke to the manager and shared my order number, he acknowledged the delay, but I didnt receive a clear explanation. Despite expressing my frustration and raising the issue of a previous occurrence, the manager's response was unsatisfactory. I mentioned to manager and that I will write a review and complain to management, the managers response was dismissive. This is the second time Ive faced such an issue, and Im dissatisfied with the service and the way it was handled. I'm reconsidering future visits to Cinemark.

      I was having an issue were i purchased tickets at the wrong theater i spoke to a young man named ben at the Watchung theater and he was so helpful just wanted cinimark to know he was very helpful
