  Dishonest and poor customer service. They also do not allow 3rd party pre purchase inspections, which should be a solid indicator on how they run things. The only thing they seemed concerned with is getting you to leave them 5 stars on ******* If you have to ask for 5 stars, you arent 5 stars.

The car I purchased, a ******** SL 63 AMG, was in perfect condition and impeccably clean. **** and his team went above and beyond all my expectations.   STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a 2018 E Class from Hi Line. Lets just say we are having to replace to motor after buying it 2 months later. So, if you want your car to last more than 2 months, dont recommend you do not buy from them.

  In response to the complaint from ***************. She purchased the 2018 ******** ******* from ** on 4/1/23. At the time of delivery the vehicle had ****** miles and a perfect service history from all the services being performed at ************************. Here locally in ******, **. We recently pulled a carfax report to check the current miles on the vehicle that *************** purchased and it read ******. It looks like she put almost ****** miles over a very short period of 3 months. If she is having mechanical issues now, it could be from the excessive driving she has been doing and the lack of maintenance that weren't performed during those miles.
