      I am writing to express my serious concerns and dissatisfaction regarding the timeshare I purchased from this company, Holiday Villages. I am deeply troubled by several aspects of this purchase and the subsequent experiences I have had. When I initially bought the timeshare, I was under the impression that this purchase would have a monetary value that could be returned back to Holiday Villages if I were unable to continue making payments. Regrettably, I was not informed that this was a lifetime commitment and there would be no option for me to opt out at any point. Furthermore, I was never made aware that my name would be placed on property records for a piece of land that, in my understanding, has no substantial value. This lack of transparency has left me feeling misled and deceived. Additionally, I have been taken aback by the significant increases in the ****************** Assessment Fee. This steep increase has put a considerable strain on my finances, especially as I am nearing retirement age and facing financial difficulties.I must also mention that I paid $3,000 for access to the facilities at Holiday Villages, but I have yet to use them. The financial burden of these unused facilities, coupled with the escalating assessment fees, is causing me undue stress and worry about my ability to afford necessary items in my retirement. The money spent on the ****************** Assessment Fee could be better utilized in other areas of my life. In light of these issues, I kindly request your immediate attention and assistance in resolving this matter. I look forward to your response and a fair resolution to my concerns.
