    On August 2 2024 metal fusion revived my car grill and changed my credit card for ******* to chrome it. After 6 months of excuses they sent my grill back to me and agreed to send me a full refund. That was February 24 2025. I believe this is a friendly fraudulent company. Im still trying to get my money back. I have all the texts back and forth with them agreeing to send me my refund. But then they went silent.

    Our work is specialty and extremely custom jobs. This customer was being communicated with during the process. Unfortunately we were behind on this job and explained this to the customer with relevant details of why their part was being an issue. The customer requested their part to be sent back knowing it was not finished. We did not and do not send any parts back to the customer unless the customer requests it back. No matter how much time or money we lose on a job, we will always finish it and work on it until the customer is satisfied. 


    This customer left a negative ****** review and stated he got his money back from his credit card company. Based on this information, the customer has already received a refund. Now, he is saying he hasnt received any money which contradicts what he stated in his ****** review. We believe the customer is attempting to receive money twice.

    Hello, what I said on the review is I have to get the credit card company to get my money back. What I didnt know at the time, was that you only have 60 days for a transaction. The document I provided by ***************, states by law the ******************* cant help me.

    Hello again, on the 28 of April I submitted documentation that proves I was not reimbursed by the credit card company. I not heard back from  the bbb on this matter.
