    I hired this company to replace an axle on my RV. The mechanics supported the trailer with concrete blocks. After they finished installing the axle they didn't pull the blocks completely away from the trailer and lowered the trailer down on the block crushing the lower right hand trim peace, the right hand end of the back bumper and buckled and pulled apart the lamination in the rear wall of the camper. When I contacted the company, they told me it was like that before they worked on it. I know that it wasn't. Then, when I replied back they told me someone must have ran into it. Trouble is, the damage was from the bottom up and their were no tire tracks anywhere around it. The company denied everything. I have pictures to back up this claim.

    This claim is completely false.The reason we replaced the axle is customer lost his rear non doorside tire and hub while traveling down the highway and the axle and hub were damaged beond repair. He contacted ** on the side of the road and we had him go to an rv park up the road. We order a new axle and installed it. That evening customer called and said we damaged the metal on the rear jwrap and slide jwrap. We didn't have blocks anywhere near the damage. Actually there was no way to put blocks were the damage was because of the bottom configuration. I went to the rv the next day to look at his claims and the damage was from the wheel coming off the axle. There was still rubber from the tire on the damaged metal and bumper. I took a picture of this I also have pictures that show the damage areas and the area that we supposal put blocking
