    Absolutely terrible experience with this water supply company. Since moving into my new house, Ive noticed red marks on my sink, shower, and toilets, which clearly indicate something is wrong with the water. It seems to contain substances that should not be there. I contacted their customer service, but theyve done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Their service is appallingrude and arrogant staff who have no respect for their customers. To make matters worse, when communicating via email, they simply stop responding. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I sincerely hope they change for the better, but based on my experience, I wouldnt count on it. ***** this company if you can!
