    Sweeps N Ladders did a great job repairing my chimney after high winds. They replaced the metal cover and replaced bricks that were damaged.

    Sweeps N Ladders did a great job replacing our chimney cap. A raccoon kept climbing down our chimney and we didn't want the critter to make that it's permanent home. The guys were quick to come out and they handled the job in a very professional manner. Very pleased with their work.

    Sweeps N Ladders-******* is an exceptional company. From the first phone call to *********************** on 12-27-23 to ********************* coming to our house-we experienced such kindness-honesty-diligence. **** came out to replace a device for our fireplace that was installed by another company. It was NOT meant to be used on a fireplace. His concern for our safety was so appreciated. **** even gave us safety tips on how to light the fireplace. He spent so much time cleaning it out and inserting new materials. The before and after pictures are amazing. This company is very affordable for their services, reliable, professional, knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. We felt that our fireplace was very safe to use after **** left and I would have given them a rating of a 10 if it was available. If you want your fireplace work done right the first time-this is the company to call.******-*****, *****

    kudos to Sweeps and Ladders for having *** on their staff. We have a fireplace issue where we get cold air in from outside and when using it get a burning smell. *** explained that unfortunately our fireplace will have cold air issues due to its built. What it also needed was cleaning (which he took care of) to remedy the burning smell. *** was honest with no upselling and made suggestions on how we might b able to remedy the cold air issue ourselves. Great friendly service and would recommend *** for fireplace and chimney issues. Sorry ***, just gave you more work!

    Could not ask for better service! Technician was professional. He left absolutely NO mess, no evidence that soot and ashes had been dealt with, other than a perfectly clean fireplace. He was courteous and explained exactly what he was doing. Id hire them again in a heartbeat!

    All of our expectations were exceeded by this company. The initial price quote visit was relaxed and no pressure. From there, it was clear communication and they were always on time, clean and respectful of our property and finished work in time frame stated. Our fireplace was beautifully done at a price we were happy with and no hidden fees. We wish all companies provided service like this company!
