    Wonderful experience with *** from Alpha One Restore. His team helped ** recover after our home suffered from a grease fire. Not only did they do an excellent job, but also showed our family a lot of compassion, much meant a lot when you're dealing with so much stress.

    Alpha One Restore provided water remediation following a leak in our home and did a great job. ***** to *** and his team who removed the water damaged flooring and drywall and set up the dehumidifier. They also cleaned up the mess and provided great service and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this company.

    Alpha One Restore was referred to us through our insurance company to assist with wood floor repairs due to a water leak. There were many instances of information from Alpha One being false, the work listed on the estimate was not complete, some work completed was bad quality (ex trim and baseboard did not match existing in same room, baseboard paint used was not requested color, plaster repair had to be redone at our request, etc), and the $750 worth of "cleaning" on estimate was a quick wipe down of countertops. I had to vacuum and mop myself before furniture was replaced and had to clean the bathroom and toilet in the house that the workers had been using during the work. The floor ended ** looking nice in the end or rating would have been lower. In addition, they show BBB Accredited Business on their website, which I was unable to confirm through the Better Business Bureau.
