    In November of 2022 door to door sales agent for nitro energy were in my area and came to my house to try and get me to go solar, at the time I told them I wasn't sure if I wanted to go solar. The agents then left business cards and left, a few days later one of the agents returned with a different agent and again tried to convince me to go solar and I continued to tell them I wasn't sure if I wanted to and it wasn't the best time for it, they kept returning until I finally told them we could see if I even qualify for it, a agent by the name of *********************** said he was having me sign an authorization form just to run my credit to see if I qualify for the program. I qualified for it and still wasn't sure if I wanted it so I told them I wasn't ready for it. They kept harassing us about it until mid April when he started showing up again saying he was here to set up the instal of the panels at which point I was still telling him no, he then offered a 5000$ incentive check if I went with his company, I told him I wanted everything in a contract including the incentive check, he sent me an email of the previous papers I signed and told me that was the contract and he'd have his boss send me the contract for the check. I told him I wanted nothing installed until I got it. He then set up a install date for the panels and told me the day before they'd be there the next day and I told him again I wanted the contract before they started, which he never provided. The panels were installed the first week of may 2023, everything was done but the said they didn't have the main breaker so someone would come back to replace it, we had two final inspection following that and a promised check 3 weeks after the inspection. When the 3 weeks passed he started making excuses for it and told me they were behind on it, he then promised a check by July 7th and didn't get anything but excuses. It's going on 3 months without a working solar system and just a bunch of excuses from the agent
