    We scheduled them in April for our July Summer Reading Bash. Confirmed on July 8th. At 4, receive text they were headed this way. They were to show up at 5PM for setup. NO show, and no one answered phone. At 6:04, text they were running behind (30 minutes until event start). It was after 7PM when they finally said they were an hour and a half away, and couldn't be there until 8:30 - 30 minutes before the event started. They decided to pick up another rental instead of getting ours set up. Very bad time management. When I asked if they could pick that up later and bring ours, they told me that the equipment they were picking up was very expensive. The 30 plus kids waiting really didn't care. This management has no concept of customer service, and will no doubt be closed soon. I just hate to see how many kids are disappointed before that happens.
