  I have used DeHart to spay 4 cats and 1 dog and have always only had great service and outcomes...however, this morning at check in I was screamed at and talked down to by the driver/owner *************************, because I asked a worker which door they would be taking the animals in. He informed me, I was not allowed to speak to the workers as it would be another 30 mins before they would be taking in animals. I simply went to explain that my husband had recently had a stroke and I wasn't supposed to leave him alone, which I had to to make this appointment. Before I could even get it all out of my mouth he told me he didn't care and that I could just leave. At that point I contacted the lady in charge of the rescue that was sponsoring this spay event what was going on and she was nice enough to come and get my dog so that I could leave. This man, *************************, that said he was the owner has no business dealing with customers and for that matter animals. I was highly offended and taken a back with his very uncourteous customer service or lack thereof.

  I have used Dehart veterinary services to spay and neuter 5 dogs and 2 cats that I have rescued in the last 7 years. We have had excellent results and zero complications. I just picked up 2 more female dogs that were spayed today. I can't thank them enough for what they do. They make it possible for animal lovers to get quality care at affordable prices. I recommend them to every animal lover I meet.

  This vet serves many rural areas with discounted spay and neuter services, a needed service. I have used them many times with no problems. Staff put in long hours and work extremely hard to serve the communities.

  Absolutely ADORE this business, and everything they do and stand for in our animal care community. Every single one of my pets have been spayed/neutered through them with no problems and for a fraction of the cost of a regular vet. In addition to their basic services, they always help me acquire affordable flea meds, they have donated free food to my pets when I was facing financial struggles, and even reached out to help my sweet baby dog get treated at a local animal ER after being struck by a vehicle - a $500 plus **** at NO COST to me, even though I offered to reimburse them. They just said "pay it forward" (which I have). They also played a large part in our community's first pet Halloween carnival fund raiser a few years ago. They are the hardest working group of people I've ever known. Every one of them has our pets' safety and best interest at heart. I will always recommend them, and I hope they are around for a very long time!

  They always help our community with low cost treatment. We don't have many options for low cost here so they are a Godsend. We would have a lot more dumped animals had it not been for them always stepping up for our community.

  Amazing prices! Best vet and techs around *****! I wouldnt go any place else! 100 ?? I have gotten over 100s spayed and neutered and zero issues!!! Clean sites where they did it! Records are super easy to get ahold of, incase I deleted it from my own email ;) theyre working in this ***** heat and also freezing temps! Give them a raise!!

  Dehart is understaffed and overworked. They mismanage time and their work space is a mess. If you go, expect to wait in line for hours outside. If you don't then you got lucky. We've had various issues with them. I hope Dehart can get their business in order for the sake of the people and animals they claim to want to help as the only plus I've seen is to save money and I have to ask, "At what cost?". They blotched my friend's dog's spay up. They have given us the wrong medication and we had to go back after driving home. They mismanaged my records recently which caused us to waste hours of time and for my dog to go without. Waiting for hours each time in the elements is just not worth the money saved anymore. I will have to pay more at a vet office but it'll be worth it not to deal with Dehart ever again. I don't recommend.

  My doberman would have died due to the spay that was performed. She had internal bleeding, blood clots, all the sutures were not seen properly. I took her to a local vet who saved her life, almost $700 but she lived and have all the records showing she would have died. Court case coming up to recoup the damages. I will also be contacting the ***** medical veterinary board. I know of others who contacted me where they did lose their animals. Use a reputable vet, worth it!
