    I use Home Advisors/Angies List and I have been a member for over a decade. I always get my dryer vents cleaned once a year and Organic Home Service was having a $99.00 deal. The young man who did my service on 2/28/2023 told me that if I paid full price of $149.00 I would get a warranty of 2 years and the next two years for free. I called the company resently and to confirm the phone number so that I could schedule in advance for next year and I was told that I was given the wrong information and the guy has since left the company. I would like the difference between what I was quoted and the service that I paid for ****** which is $50.00 dollars. I am not sure if he actually performed the service right or not because my dryer is not drying like it should and I am going to have to pay someone to come out and look at it all over again

    Good Morning,

     

    I was able to meet with the Owner of the Company and found out that he was never made aware of what his employees had done.  He is a very good man and is making things right.  I would like to have my complaint removed from his company.
