    Andrew and his team remodeled my master bedroom in my townhouse after the shower leaked through the ceiling into my living room. At first I only wanted to replace the shower pan and repair the ceiling, but Andrew convinced me it would not look good and to do it the right way. I am so glad I did! I decided to retile my entire shower, tile the floor, replace the sink vanity, and put in a frameless glass shower door. Andrew walked me through design choices and this is now my favorite space in my house! Andrews crew was timely, polite, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I have talked to Andrew about remodeling a second bathroom and have recommended him to several friends.

    My wife and I were looking into remodeling our floors, kitchen and bathroom. We choose to Touch of Art, we were so pleased to find a business that still values and focuses on honesty, integrity and professionalism. His crew did a fantastic job with the beautiful tile throughout the whole house, gave our kitchen a new facelift with these new modern white cabinets as well to our guest bathroom. Thank you Touch of Art and his crew for making our home beautiful.

    Absolutely horrible experience. After we paid him over $30K-We had to hire a "real" contractor to repair and replace every thing he did in our home! He also tells his workers that you don't pay so he can't pay them.

    I am hoping this review is enough to help someone else avoid the same negative experience that we had with this company tiling our bathroom. I wont go into every issue, but one example is that the ********** a number of novice mistakes which resulted in incredibly uneven floors. When we had the owner Andrew come out and inspect it- he agreed that it was poor craftsmanship and agreed it needed to be fixed. Turns out the only thing worse than the craftsmanship of this company is Andrews word. Months later and completely unresponsive, he is hoping that he will avoid following through on his word to reimburse us $500 for the tile. Go with this company if you want amateurs and a complete lack of integrity.

    Extremely poor communication - changes in who will do the work and time and schedule. Late arrivals, run out of materials and have to leave for more several times. Rude and abrupt on phone calls, dismissive. Fee for general contractor management of $1200 yet there did not appear to be much management of the main worker who did repairs over three days. Exhorbitant prices.
