      In August of 2024 I purchased a limit edition set. I was told it was to be shipped the end of November. There was little to no response from the company when I tried to email them to inquire about my order. They did send out an email stating they were having trouble with a printer they use. When my order finally shipped in late January, it took over a week to get to me. It was also poor quality with the slip cover, the art print was folded and damaged, and there was damage on the book casing. I have yet to receive a response from the company. For the amount I paid and the time I wait, I expect more conversation from the company and less damage to my product.

      We received your email, but we need more specific information in order to address your concern. Your only email message to us "How do we know what shipment we are?" is unclear, and the picture uploaded to the BBB portal does not provide sufficient details.

      Our refund policy is listed in the item description and in our FAQ. If you wish to return the product, we will be happy to issue a refund once the item is received.

      Please provide more information so we can resolve this promptly.

      I am rejecting this response because:   There have been several conversations back and forth with Sumerian. I do not want to return as it was a gift but I would like a partial refund because of the missing digital book

      The digital download is not missing it has not been released yet. As stated on the product page " Also please note that the download cards will only be available after all pre-orders have been shipped." We anticipate this been no later than the 10th for Feb.
