    **************** is nonexistent. The products are really good but I'm actively looking for a replacement since **** does not respond to any customer service inquiries. Additionally, they email me the same discount code every month, but do not allow me to use it or provide an explanation on why they keep sending me a non functional code.

    2.5 stars (only because I like their products; 1 for customer service). This company's customer is very poor. I like their products but it is absolutely impossible to get in contact with them. I emailed them to make an inquiry and haven't heard back in over a week. I've tried different means of contact to no avail. They saw to send a message on their site and all it does is make you end up on their mailing list (still without a reply). Great products but this needs to be resolved. I had no issue getting in contact with them years ago so I don't know where it's all gone wrong.
