      I ordered a nail polish from them online because of the picture showing a pretty purple color. When I got it, it turned out pink in color not purple like the picture. I believe this was false advertising and I have contacted them several times with no satisfaction on my part. The polish was $13 to start then with shipping it came to $19.04. I think this is bait and switch and I want to be refunded.

      Cupcake Polish is handmade nail polish. As with any handmade product, slight variations will occur between batches.  While we do our best to ensure colors match on several devices on our end, the device you view the product on may not accurately reflect the color of the polish. Colors may show differently depending on lighting, skin tones, and camera equipment used.  The 

      The customer was charged $6.04 for shipping, which is calculated based on the weight of them item she purchased and the distance from our warehouse. Shipping is not free for our small business and we do charge for this service, this is not "bait and switch".

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. Although I'm very disappointed my polish is not that purple they advertise.  If they can make one that purple I would like to have it.  But this was still very deceiving.
