    I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. He was very slow to communicate with us when we wanted to view a home. My husband was on his way to view the home and the property manager quit responding. Then, he told my husband to call back in 10 min. So my husband called him back and his phone was off. We were having some ***** for him because we figured he was busy. My husband waited outside the home for about 30 min. Long story short, he texted us about 20 min after my husband left but my husband drove back to look at the home. Then, he was very slow to respond after we decided that we liked them home and applied for it. We called to check on our application and his assistant was unprofessional. We got approved for the house and he wanted us to send the $2500 deposit in less than 24 hours. I told him we needed to look over the lease first.The lease had some vague wording about how the landlord wouldn't be responsible for any appliances that broke down and that we could only have 2 vehicles on the property when we own **** realtor emailed him, requesting that he remove that vague wording so that it would be clear that the landlord would be responsible for any appliances that needed to be repaired and asked him to add our 3rd vehicle.His response was " your tenant can take it as it is." After this painful process, we decided that we did not want to do business with this person.

    We have a resident house for rental and Q.Hung Management , LLC take care that. They did not verify the tenant monthly income with rental cost ( 28 Percent ) , and we find out he put on rental less price than we set it up . We contacted to him ask him why he did without authority ? He get mad and terminate contract with us even he did charge us fee. Right now we not sure about tenant ( credit score , how they can make payment for rental ...? May be he just want to fill up tenant for his profit and don't care about customer ? When we find out the problem he break down contract with us and let we face to trouble .
