  ******** is selling a solar package. STILL knocked on door with a NO SOLISITING SIGN posted. Was rude, would not take no for an answer, and told me it was rude to shut the door while he is still standing on my front porch! I had to yell through my front window to get off my property. He was rude and could not take "no thank you" for a nice answer. He' s lucky my husband was not at home! He was rude and any salesman that can't take rejection should not be a salesman! Stay off my door when it clearly states NO SOLISITING! EVERYONE on my street said the same thing. They felt threatened and he was rude. *********, **.

  DO NOT SIGN WITH RISE POWER!!!Initially I went through issues with even becoming a customer. I asked a lot of questions and it felt like the sales rep harassed me for the next 2 months to get solar which was something I wanted to do but had other projects to complete like my roof and A/C. Initially my roof was fine enough to get the panels but that roof had some years on it and with all the storms, damage was inevitable. It was one of the topics the sales rep and I talked about. The sales rep assured me they can remove them at no cost - mind you I asked several times for clarification! I still held off. Finally 3 months in they sent a regional manager and I followed through with installing and still had a lot of hesitation. I gave a good review too but it wasn't long before I realized that review would come back to haunt me.Now that I'm having my roof finally repaired (15 months after solar install because I also got my AC unit replaced first ) - I'm told it will cost me $6k to remove the panels. I'm out of pocket with the roof and now I'm told since insurance isn't covering it I'll have to pay that amount to remove the panels to get my roof repaired. The roofers won't touch my roof without them being taken off and now I'm in a situation and about to ruin my credit because I will have to default on the loan because I won't be paying for panels I can't use because I can't afford to put them back on! Of course Rise Power doesn't care they got their money! These solar panels aren't that great and with insurance companies denying claims that means any time you have a roofing issue you will have to pay for the removal of the panels and the cost of a new roof! This is something that Rise Power really needed to be transparent about because that would have sealed the deal for me that panels were NOT for me at this time. I'm sooo disappointed and frustrated

  Although I am generally happy with the first year of my panels, one of the main things I wanted was a battery. The salesman misled me into thinking that the batteries are back ordered and would come in a couple of months. Then he rushed us into signatures. A year later there is no battery, and he stopped acknowledging my messages.

  This company is a joke fake promise, falls advertisements and all lies!! I got my solar system from them and they told me that I will be getting a $10.000 tax credit on my next taxes that was a lie they also promised me $1000 for every person that I referred that was another lie. Dont let them get you!!!

  I would not do it if you try to sell your home and you cant get the buyers qualified to take on your Solar you are stuck. They do not let your transfer your Solar out of your county at all. It leaves you stuck in your home. My husband passed and now I can not afford my home home with their contract Im am stuck between a rock and a hard place cant sell because no one wants to take on the high priced and I do mean high priced solar. I cant take with me because they say I cant. Dont do it

  One of the best solar companies that beat many of the competitors prices , the best part is their a local and a direct installer company !
