**** T provided excellent, professional service. I had written a very long letter here about how pleased I was with his performance and I accidentally lost the whole thing. Unfortunately I am old and not able to type it out again. Thank you for wonderful service!!! Ms ****Guinco Service

2 starsWhen the service tech was here, he indicated that he couldn't install all of the new rollers for our gas dryer. He installed two new ones and left two of the old (but still functional) rollers in place, due to the difficulty in reaching the old rollers. When he finished the service call, I noticed that the invoice did not reflect the above information, specifically that the warranty for the new rollers also covered the old rollers, even though the tech said it would.Despite 3 separate calls to the office, I have yet to receive an updated invoice reflecting the warranty on this service call. This was dramatically worse of an experience than we expected.Review fromH. H.

If we could give this place zero stars, we would. We have been without an oven for over a week as we were rescheduled or cancelled FOUR times. The only thing this so-called company did was come out and take a picture of the model number that we had already sent to them THREE times!! Following their lack of ability to provide customer **********************, they had their little receptionist call to cancel (not surprised at this point) ... as expected, we were extremely frustrated and shared this frustration with the receptionist who ran to her supervisor crying because she was unable to handle their lack of customer care. As a result of all this, they said they refuse to fix our oven ... wasting over a week of our time! They are very incompetent ... it's embarrassing and it's painfully obvious that they don't care about their customers. Bad On Them.Guinco Service

Thank you for your review, we take pictures of all model and serial tags for all *********************** to be uploaded for future reference and in case the company that you have your extended warranty with asks for it. We diagnosed the issue you were having when we were in the home and ordered the necessary parts to fix the appliance. On the day we were scheduled to come back out, our technician informed us that there was an issue with one of the parts he received. We do apologize for that inconvenience. However, when we called to inform you, the person that we spoke with began to insult and verbally belittle our employee that made the phone call. We understand that the situation of a rescheduled call can be frustrating so we had a supervisor call back later in the day and, unfortunately, she was also met with the same challenging response, ultimately resulting in the service with our company being terminated. Our goal is to always provide a comfortable, respectful, and positive experience for both our team and customers, and we want to ensure that standard is upheld.

I appreciate your attempt to bandage what really happened. We were scheduled a week in advance. We were not allowed to schedule until we provided the model number of our appliance. Not only did we provide it verbally, but we also sent a picture AND, in a separate communication, were instructed to type the model number (each specific character) in a message. So, in summary, we provided the model number THREE separate instances. By rescheduling JUST to come out and confirm we actually provided the correct information raises a red flag - don't you trust the information your customers are required to provide? If not, why do you require THREE separate instances of the same exact information before we are offered an appointment? When the receptionist called to reschedule our appointment for the THIRD time, do you think your customer wouldn't be frustrated? If so, we suggest you assign this duty to an employee who has more experience. Additionally, when the other receptionist called back to "follow up", she WAS NOT calling with any resolution, she was calling to cancel the service and attempt make up more excuses ... additionally, it wasn't necessary for her to continue to argue or raise her voice, it's very unprofessional. It's unfortunate that we didn't read social reviews about your company. Doing good business includes being responsible for YOUR faults, especially when it was admitted ... YOU should expect a customer to be frustrated when your incompetence is painfully obvious.Review fromTonja H

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a service company referred by ****** for repairing a washing machine purchased just a year ago. The machine malfunctioned and required servicing within that period. Due to our rural location, we had to rely on a single service company and technician, and the experience was subpar. Two weeks ago, the technician diagnosed an issue with the wiring harness and left the machine in a temporary working condition. When the replacement part arrived and was installed, the machine began making loud noises and failed to function properly. I reported this issue and requested the technician to return.Despite following up multiple times, the technician's response was inadequate. He arrived, refused to stay beyond 45 minutes, and did not ensure the machine was fully operational. His insistence that the issue was resolved without thorough testing led to further dissatisfaction. The technician's lack of communication and refusal to demonstrate the machines functionality left me uncertain about the repair. The companys supervisor eventually acknowledged the technician's admission that the issue was not properly resolved initially. The supervisor apologized but noted that the real issue was poor communication and service, not the technician's experience. Despite the apology, the lack of clear communication and accountability has left me extremely dissatisfied with the service.Overall, the quality of service was severely lacking. The lack of thorough testing and explanation of repairs makes it hard to trust that the washing machine was properly fixed. I will not use this company again and cannot recommend them to others.Guinco Service

Upon review the technician did make an error during the first trip out to your home, and we know that causes frustration and inconvenience, for which we sincerely apologize. Regarding the request for the technician to stay for a full cycle, due to the simple nature of the mistake that the technician made as well as the brevity that it took to remedy the issue, and because the unit is designed to alert the technician to any issues through the diagnostic features that the unit is equipped with, staying for an entire cycle was not necessary. We provide a one year warranty on the parts and labor and are confident that the issue is fixed at this time. We would like to assure you that we are committed to providing top-notch services and will take full responsibility for any further issues related to the repair.Review fromMarshall N

Twice corrected Guinco reservations informing them my appliance of concern was a refrigerator not a dishwasher and included model and serial numbers to **********************, yet tech came to house looking for a dishwasher to repair. Would have given one star but tech was a nice guy. They evidently dont listen and tried to blame the manufacturer, **********. Not good value for a $145 service call.Guinco Service

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this may have caused with your recent appliance repair service. Our records had initially shown that it was a dishwasher, however, we should have updated our files after our first conversation with you. Rest assured that the end result of the repair was not affected by this initial confusion over the type of appliance.Review fromDeb B

Guinco is the company the KitchenAid sends out for repairs. They are the worst! The online and office scheduling is VERY misleading! When I scheduled with them I was told the visit and diagnosis would be $145. It turned out to be $145 just to let them in the door. There was an additional labor charge to diagnose the problem. I consider this deceptive business practices! It was going to be $900 to repair a $700 dishwasher. This is ridiculous! We have had other problems with them on past repairs as well. This is the last time they will get my business.Guinco Service

We apologize for any confusion regarding the scheduling process for your service. It seems there may have been some misunderstanding with the website you used, as it is managed by Whirlpool.com for Service Support, not directly by Guinco. When you entered your information there, you would have been presented with our company's minimum charge of $145.00 before proceeding with scheduling. Upon receiving your request from the manufacturer, we promptly followed up with a text message, which was both received and viewed, outlining our $145 trip and diagnosis fee and provided a link for appointment preparation, which clearly stated our trip and diagnosis fee along with other relevant service information. Additionally, we sent an email for your appointment that requests that if any confusion about pricing to please contact us. We understand that direct phone contact can be challenging, so we utilized multiple forms of communication to ensure transparency regarding potential charges. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.Review fromAnna M

Beware of this company they actually charged me 330$ dollars to change a blown out fuse inside a kitchen aid microwave. The invoice simply says fuse nothing else. So no complex work has been done. The technician (who initially did not know how to pull out the appliance) did not provide a quote prior to changing the fuse (me thinking probably because this is so minor it might be even included in their service charge). on top of that their technician damaged woodwork and chipped the paint under the microwave and enclosure because of his inexperience. I Called a few times and so far waiting for upper management to respond. I am not seeing much of customer ********************** after reporting this issue so far.Guinco Service

Unfortunately, your experience with the installation of the higher-end fold-down microwave presented a unique challenge. ************** engaged in a discussion solely for access purposes due to the unconventional installation of the unit since it was mounted above a double oven greater than 60". The task of safely uninstalling a 90lbs 240v fold-down door microwave and bringing it to a working level is not a straightforward one. It requires careful planning and execution to ensure safety. Additionally, diagnosing the unit's issues in today's complex appliances demands skilled expertise, regardless how simple it may appear when done by a professional.
During the technician's visit, they provided insight into potential obstacles, risks associated with access, and estimated costs, seeking your authorization by signature before proceeding. Upon completion of the repair, documentation was signed and provided for your records.
We regret that you did not perceive the value in our professional repairs and commitment to customer **********************, which we continually strive to uphold.Review fromEllen R

1 starKitchenaid warranty service is the absolute worst I have dealt with. First your issue is handed over to GUINCO the service end of the warranty. Then you are told that there is a FEE for the company (GUINCO) to come out to look at the problem. I'm kind of OK with that but if the problem is found and its a warranty issue you are NOT REFUNDED the service fee. That is issue #1 now for #2 ********** scheduled the appointment for me. They also said that they would put me on the CANCELATION List. So If an appointment opened sooner they would let me know. Well something opened up for the next day. I sat home waiting for Their **** D***** R. to arrive between 2 - 5pm. No one shows up so I call their Phone # ***-***-****. And I'm told that the **** called me and no one answered ( I had my phone with me all day and I did not receive any calls). They also read my address to me and no such address exists. So after giving the correct address to them which they got from **********, I AM NOW TOLD THAT I HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK BEFORE THEY CAN GET SOMEONE HERE TO TRY AND REPAIR MY REFRIGERATOR. AND I'M ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE "0" !!!!!!
