    **** the tax preparer never disclosed the amount she charged was not going to be the same as it was for last year's tax preparation. Last year I was charged $247 for tax preparation. I paid with a credit card and was issued a receipt. This year when I went to pay for the tax preparation from ****, she declined to accept my credit card payment, and told me that the payment was being deducted from the refund. **** never disclosed that the amount would be $900 for the tax preparation. Nor did she disclosed that there would be fees associated with using the green dot method for refund transfer. **** only asked me if I wanted my refund direct deposit or directly mailed from the ***. I chose the check to be mailed to me from the ***. After reviewing my taxes, I noticed the inflated amount that was charged along with the added paperwork for the green dot transfer and fees. I immediately called integrity Tax Pros and received no answer.I contacted green dot and was informed that the check was issued by the ***, they deducted ****** inflated fee along with other green dot fees and issued the remaining funds back to Integrity Tax Pros in the form of a downloadable file. After a week or more of calling ****** personal number and the tax service number, **** returned my call and informed me that she could not correct her mistake due to the fact that she no longer works there. **** gave me the number to the general manager named ******* ******. After speaking with him I was informed that **** no longer worked for the company.The refund amount was $3596, After ****** inflated fees and the unauthorized green dot charges of $1088.95 ,the remaining refund to be issued was $2507. I would like for this situation to be corrected and my full refund mailed to me. **** now works at Prosperity Tax Group.Employees regarding this issue are as follows:**** ********-************ - Tax preparer ******* ******- ************- General Manager *****- ************- ********* Bank employee

However, I would like to clarify that Prosperity Tax Group is not responsible for any fees or charges related to your tax preparation, as your return was filed with Integrity TaxPros.
    The issue you're describing, including the inflated fees and the use of the Green Dot transfer method, needs to be addressed directly with Integrity TaxPros. As per the information you provided, **** ******** was employed with them during the preparation of your return, and it is their responsibility to resolve any discrepancies in the fees charged. Since she is no longer with Integrity TaxPros, I recommend continuing your communication with their management team, specifically ******* ******, to seek a resolution.
    Please note that Prosperity Tax Group does not have any involvement in this situation, as it pertains solely to the services provided by Integrity TaxPros.

    I am rejecting this response because: I initially contacted ***************************** including ***** ******** and GM ******* ******. I was informed that **** ******** who was fired from Integrity Tax Pros because she was caught working for both Prosperity tax Group while also working for Integrity Tax Pros as an independent contractor. **** being an independent contractor working for Integrity Tax Pros as well as being co-Owner  of Prosperity Tax Group and scamming the elderly during payment for tax preparation. ******* asked the owners of ****************** if they would refund the funds stolen by **** and they declined stating that she was working as an independent contractor and were not responsible since they ended her contract due to her breach of contract. This will continue with **** and Prosperity tax group until the stolen funds are returned.
