      I was in a bad wreck a month ago on June 7th with that being said we called SNAGGS to come tow my truck. I had the money ab a week after to pay for it (I let them know I would have the money) on multiple occasions I tried paying for my truck and getting it back to the house for a about a month I tried paying for it when I called for the last time they told me the price raised a extra $200 dollars because they didnt take my money before hand, I tried explaining to them the circumstance and found it wrong yet still paid them,(I only paid because this truck has more centennial value to me than anything and I hope to restore it again I fixed this truck after sitting for years and put so much time effort and money into getting my truck started), anyways when I called they told me my truck was in ******** so I went to there location to pay them and then when I got there nobody was there I called back and they told me they had moved my truck to another location in ******* so I met them and they followed me out to the house to bring it back home. On the way he was swerving all over the road as if he was intoxicated! Then after they brought it to the house while unloading they clearly had no idea what they were doing. They went to raise the truck and did not have it properly attached to the trialer and dropped it off the back of the 18 *******! Not only did he do more damage to my truck but hit my 1997 dodge beside it. They did not even say sorry or offer to help. They were all so hateful and rude saying I was lucky they didnt go scrap it and even accepted my payment nor would they give me a receipt for it telling me they only accept Cash and dont give receipts! Afterword I sat in my truck and he had the audacity to come up to me and tell me that it was not worth trying to fix and I might as well leave it alone.(I have video evidence as well but can only upload pictures, if needed I can email them to a direct email)
