    On September 02, 2021, Shellaby ** and Refrigeration Owner ******************************* sold and installed a mini split ac.On or about June 21, 2022 condensation from the indoor unit backed up and leaked into my bedroom and created water damage on my mattress, wall and floor. Shellaby ** and Refrigeration came out rerouted the drain line repair work was under warranty. On or about August 29, 2022 the condensation from the indoor mini split unit backed up again and leaked into my bedroom floor and wall Shellaby General Manager ***************************** responded and rerouted the drain line. ********************** stated the condensation backup and **** was due to faulty installation and removed some refrigerant from the line to compensate for installation of copper tubing shorter than manufacture installation procedure. The room in the summer was not cooling efficiently. Daikin installation manual required the copper line set a minimum of 9.8 Feet Shellaby installed not more than 5 feet of ****** tubing.Between August 31, 2022 thru January 26, 2023, Shellaby ** and Refrigerant General ***************************************** has, made excuses and delays and has not repaired the unsatisfactory cooling of the Daiken ** Mini Split, they installed and modified.On January 27, 2023 Shellaby ** and Refrigerant Owner ******************************* stated our warranty was expired although the ** unsatisfactory cooling performance was never repaired. In addition ************************ stated he deals with all Shellaby ** business, although his step-son ***************************** identifies himself as Shellabys ** and Refrigeration General Manager.In summary, our requested corrective action is as follows: We want the ** Mini-Split refrigerant line set to be at least 9.8 feet and fully charged in accordance with installation procedure by Daiken manufacture. Without any additional cost to me.

    We have been working with **************. we spoke friday and i told her that i would a statement from ****** in writing. Today is Tuesday and i have not received a email. I have informed her would would come out and check the charge on the unit. She refused that until i get the statement from ****** about the line set length. I will reach out to ******* and ****** again tomorrow and will follow up with **************.
