    I used fortress foundation systems because of the ratings that were online and they seem to be nice honest people. As I talked to them they gave guarantees and were confident with what they were saying. After they started the work all the guarantees were forgotten and the foundation was worse. I'm now researching other foundation companies because the warranty they give is just words and they try talking you out off them fixing problems they've created. I wish I could've found a better company so I didn't have to get more work done.

    I have used Fortress several times to do foundation work and even though they did Do a good job, I DO NOT recommend this company and I encourage others NOT to use them either. The team that did work for my house was done by ***** and ****** and they did an AWESOME job, but when I later had foundation problems, the people I worked with were not great. They will do EVERYTHING in their power to NOT HONOR any WARRANTY AGREEMENTS and even say wait till the SPRING to see if the foundation will go back to normal (which it did not and only got worse). I have had foundation problems 2 times after the work they did and both times I had to fight them tooth and nail to get them to HONOR their agreement. I am writing this review to let me people know that that they do Good work (***** and ******) but when it comes to warranties, you will have a fight on your hands to get them to honor it which is WHY I do NOT RECOMMEND this company for foundation work.
