    We are under an ongoing lawn and yard contract with Grass Roots of Rockwall, since about June 2020. The service had been very good until mid last year when they hired new people and the owner was never seen again nor any of the regulars. *All new horrible employees *Mowed just the front. I text. No one returns for the back yards. No reply.*3 awful services in a row. Areas overgrown, nothing cleaned up, front gate damaged won't open $150 to fix. 10 pictures sent as well as texts. Owner replies to nothing. Send pic of home compared to neighbors.*Keep texting owner, speak of continued wish to weed flowerbeds, seed grass, sprinkler system, weed problem, replant flowerbed, got brief text reply, now nothing. Why won't owner return text to call and make plans?*Since 6//23 all lawn and beds and to street and neighbors looks like toxic wasteland. Text ******************* again "delay w/ rain, coming asap".**** asked for personal visit to view the shameful status, and discuss future plans, and guarantee losers damaging property will not return. I want to give him the receipt for the repair to fence caused by employee.*All I got was "rain delay/ be there asap". I want reply to issues, requests.*Someone had run over a bunny and embedded it in the front lawn. They did remove it upon request, but is this even normal?*It looks like the lawn of this house is not cared for by anyone. Neighbors give me dirty looks and no longer wave back. How can this be since mid last year, when we have a ************************* by Grass Roots that is prepaid every month? How can ******************* keep accepting payment for this embarrassment ?

    New/: I spoke to one of the owners who was very nice. I received an update the bushes around the house had been trimmed.  I reviewed the disgusting unkempt front yard and noticed only the bushes to the right of the front door were sloppily trimmed.  The bushes to the left of the front door had not been trimmed. It looks worse than ever.  I asked why they would do this and more questions that were ultimatums , like for a site visit.  My 6th request.  All unanswered.
