    Called about a Mazda on their site that was listed at a low price. They told me it had frame damage and wouldn't sell it, but would sell me something more expensive. I get that its hard to manage their inventory sometimes but would be cool if they didn't already have prices listed on cars they weren't gonna sell.
    Called back a week later about a scion, was told they'd work on a deal. Called back after not hearing anything to be told it was sold last week, but still on site lol.

    I brought my vehicle to Honda Cars of Rockwall for a manufacturer recall. That was the only service I requested. Despite this, the dealership performed a complimentary multi-point inspection, which seemed more focused on identifying expensive add-on services than actually helping the customer. I declined approximately $3,000 in recommended repairs.A few days later, after driving about 120 miles, I was refilling washer fluid and noticed the transmission fluid fill plug was missing. The area where the plug should have been was shiny and clean, unlike the rest of the engine bay. The hood had not been opened in over four months before the service, so the only possible explanation is that the plug was removed during the dealership visit and never reinstalled.I contacted the service department and was told the plug may have fallen out, which I find highly unlikely. If that were the case, the area would not have been clean. There was no reason for them to touch the transmission plug for either the recall or the inspection. Whether it was removed intentionally or by mistake, I was never notified.This situation could have led to serious transmission damage or even a dangerous breakdown on the road. I caught it in time, but only by chance. They did replace the plug after I contacted them, they did apologize, but there was no acknowledgment of the potential risk their error created. This has completely eroded my trust in their service department. The lack of accountability and disregard for potential safety risks is unacceptable.I no longer trust this dealership. In my opinion, they are prioritizing service revenue over customer safety. I am writing this review warn others and in hopes that the dealership takes a closer look at its service practices before something worse happens.

    Mr. ***** I apologize for the issues surrounding the transmission plug and in no way would ever want someone to feel that customer safety is not a paramount concern for us on a daily basis. I am glad that we were able to correct the issue and will be performing a deep dive of this incident between all involved parties to help ensure a better experience moving forward.

    My niece was taken advantage of by the salesman and finance person at this dealership. The salesman told me that the discount button on the website would only reduce add on fees. He told me $795.She wanted to finance but when asked what the interest rate was all she received as an answer was it is high. Im her 77 year old uncle trying to help her since her dad died this year. She is a single mother working 2 jobs to try and make ends meet. I then told herI would just pay for the car and she could pay us back since the notes would be higher than she could afford. The salesperson and finance person and maybe sales manager added $2393 in add on to the price of the car. Prior to that I had repeatedly asked to speak to the person in finance department who would handle the transaction. Instead the salesman kept telling me that he would get the information for me.The first time that I was able to speak to the finance person was after she signed what they put in front of her. I was unable to see the deal paperwork until after she had signed. Then I called back and let them know that they needed to remove the bogus charges totaling $2393. The answer was too late she already signed the deal. My niece is in her 20s with a broken arm from a wreck that totaled her car and this company took unfair advantage of her at a time when she cannot work full time due to the arm. I guess its the dealerships way of telling her Merry Christmas.

    I reached out to Honda about a key fob I had ordered two weeks prior. The parts department confirmed its availability. I informed them I would arrive in 45 minutes as I was en route home. Upon arrival, the parts clerk was unable to locate my order. I spent ***** minutes waiting as he searched through manual orders. Subsequently, I approached the service desk where three employees were present, yet none offered assistance. After a five-minute wait, I inquired for help. A woman, previously occupied with her phone, asked what I needed. A man at an adjacent booth requested my information. He identified the employee who had processed my order during a service visit two weeks ago and mentioned he was on-site. That same employee had been at the desk when I first arrived, 25 minutes earlier. They paged him, and he arrived after another ***** minutes, explaining that one part was ready and the other would arrive the next day due to a backorder. He said he would call me. The service was appalling, especially given the low customer volume. Moreover, he quoted a price $50 higher than the original quote from two weeks ago.

    *******,I apologize for what was clearly a frustrating experience and this will be a great opportunity to review this interaction with the team at large. As you may have heard in the national news, the massive attack on CDK data systems has left ***** dealerships trying to conduct business with very limited visibility into any of our integrated systems and manual accounting for most everything. That being said nothing replaces good attitude and communication.     I bought a used Honda Accord 2021, Hybrid, Touring trim, ****** odometer reading from them for a selling price of 24,777$, Additional on top of this they added certification cost of 895$, Perma plate appearance protection warranty for 499$, LoJack GPS theft protection plan for 499$, sale tax of 1701.68$, registration fee of 139.75$, documentation fee of 150$, Lithia for maintenance for 949$, Driveway vehicle service contract for ******* miles for 3395$. They manipulated the total finance amount to 33,005.43$. I trusted them and this is my biggest mistake and I will need explanation from them for why they ditch me?

    Tried to buy a car at the price they had listed and advertised but they wouldnt sell it to us because we were used car dealers. Called the Texas DMV and they said they were required to sell at the price listed and advertised but they still refused even though we were going to write a check for it. The managers were standing in a back office laughing at us. How are they still in business?

    We are more than happy to conduct a retail transaction on any of our vehicles for our advertised prices.  As a standard practice we do not sell our retail vehicles to wholesalers as we have a vested interest in keeping these vehicles within the Lithia group if we do not transact them with retail customers.  There are times, such as with this particular vehicle, where we are advertising a very aggressive price that is below auction value with the full intention of forwarding the savings to our retail customers.  I support the decision to decline this unit from a wholesale sale at this time.  After speaking with my team, I am told that this was clearly communicated via *******************, our General Sales Manager, via phone, prior to you still making the decision to come to the dealership to acquire the vehicle.

    If you buy a vehicle from this dealer, make sure you watch every number they write down they will switch numbers on you. They will tell you one thing and do another. Im just telling you to watch everything.
