**** came to my home to fix my washing machine . Told me the problem was the clutch washer does the same thing. After the repair Then they tell me it might be this or that. So now I'm out $350 for nothing. Will never use this company again and will make sure to tell others to avoid this company..

Mr ******** we are sorry to hear your washer is needing additional parts. Its unfortunate but sometimes multiple parts can go out due to the damage its caused. I read over your account and see the technician advised you that if the issues continues you would need to replace your transmission. Should you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call the office as we will do our absolute best to assist you.

The technician came out to fix my refrigerator 3 times and said it was fixed, so i paid what they ask me to. On the 4th trip he said that it was something else and wanted me to spend more money. I had asked for my money back after the first time, but they get you with, we don't refund your money, you have a 90 day warranty. Please, i beg you to never ever use this company. If i had looked at the reviews i wouldn't be in this situation. I bought my frig a year and a half ago brand new, so it wasn't an old frig.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... I had a short in my clothes dryer door. My understanding was that $129 dollars to diagnose (that would be refunded if repaired). So two guys showed up. spent 20 minutes changing the switch in my dryer door. This involved taking out two screws opening the lid removing two more small screws and swapping the old switch for a new switch (this is a simple unplug the bad one and plug in the new one) then s**** two screws back in that hold the switch... close the lid and s**** in the two screws there and done.... 20 minutes top. I was billed $226 for labor and parts. By the way... I googled the part on amazon and it costs $5.99 cents..... So long story short I was billed $226 dollars for 20 minutes of labor and a $6 dollar part.... I called the office to see if they were willing to adjust this cost and was met with whining about hey we are running a business and we have advertising.... employees to pay etc etc... ************ totally ***** especially in these trying times!! I wanted to use a local business to keep the money local.... MY mistake!!!! I am looking into what recourse I *** have with regards to this company ripping off senior citizens on a fixed income. They deserve zero stars but ya have to give one to post a review....

Mr ****** we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your service. I pulled up your account and see they did in-fact replace the door switch as well as shortened your vent line. If you had expressed your concerns to the technician regarding the invoice and your charge they would have been more than happy to remove the part installed and you could have only paid the service fee. The service fee is $129 and gets waived with repairs. Since you chose to go through with the repair your invoice was $266.30. That includes parts, labor and taxes. Should you have any further questions or  concerns please feel free to call the office and we will do our best to assist you.

I was not given the choice of accepting the repair nor was I given the price for said repair prior to them doing it..... Had I been told what the issue was prior to them repairing it I would have done this myself. I was not given the option of paying the $129 show up fee (which I would totally understand and gladly pay)..... They just rolled right on through with the simple 20 minute repair...and told me what I owed after doing so. It was my mistake by not being more diligent up front by stopping them prior to doing this simple repair. But I was not told the cost until after it was done....Horrible company and even worse customer service..... I would not even recommend this company to someone I hate.....

Dishonest Frauds, inability to tell customer the truth. March ******* Hired them to replace coils. They cut my drain line inside unit that dropped thru floor that was attached to a condensation pipe ,then let it drop underneath my mobile home then put in another really small one that stopped at floor level only. They never went underneath and put any condensation line by back. I found what was my drain and condensation line laying on the ground in a mud hole that's formed on the ground on June 20th.Now with this hot weather I have condensation build up( the drain is right above the vent that is attached to unit) water is dripping on vent, plumbing pipes, propane line, water lines and moisture backing up into flooring which causes rot, rust/corrosion. There was no reason for Campbell's to remove my drain and condensation line that was there before ,it was functioning properly and draining properly to begin with. They said but we did put it back. I have ADT CTTV camera videos that record 24/7. I downloaded March 18 that prove they never went under my mobile home in the back nor the front. When those two boys finished the job they left with not a speck of black dirt on them anywhere not their clothes, shoes, skin. They would of needed a shower to go to next appointment repair job. They are very dishonest Pathological Liars. They refuse to warranty, to fix what they destroyed. Beware of the ***************** named ***** with the tattoo'd face, the other older guy named **************** and that rude guy named ******* at **** office.I have had a plumber (which he said he could not fix it but new that what was wrong) and another AC company come looked at what they did. The verdict was they didn't do that draining line correctly and attach condensation line back. Now on June 30th a second AC company will be coming to correct their mess up and will cost close to *****. Campbell's wanted to charge ****** to fix what they messed up wouldn't warranty their work.

Our washer quit spinning almost two weeks ago, The technicians indicated that they would be there between 2 and 4 ... they arrived at almost 5:30. When they did get there, they diagnosed the problem quickly and quoted me a price, telling me that it would take a week to get the parts they needed and return. At the time, I paid a $250 deposit, slightly more than 50% of the quoted cost of repairs. I arranged our schedule to ensure that my wife didn't have any hospital appointments for that day and waited ... and waited ... and waited. On the day in question, a Thursday, I called the company and was informed that, not only was there not an appointment to come to complete the repairs, but the part still hadn't come in ... a week later, without them checking on the availability of the part or why it was taking so long. Five minutes after hanging up on that call, I was called back and told "The part has just come in," which appeared VERY CONVENIENT to me, and was told that they would schedule the repair appointment for the next day, Friday. The next day, I was informed .. by text .. that they couldn't fit me on the schedule and that the appointment was rescheduled for the next day, Saturday. On Saturday, I was informed they would be arriving between 2 and 4. At about 2 PM, I texted the tech to ensure that we were still on and received a reply that they would contact me when they were enroute. Shortly after 4 PM, I was informed that the truck had broken down after the first morning appointment, and that they would have to get me back on the schedule. This is completely unacceptable conduct from a service company, especially from a company with whom I have been doing business for more than 20 years. At this stage of the game, never getting service from this company wouldn't especially surprise me. But I am hopeful that, eventually, this repair will be completed.

I was having problems with my dryer and when I called I explained what was going on. The two technicians that came out said that it was my dryer vent which they said they happened to pick up and replaced the vent. The next day the dryer was still having problem and I called for them to come out again and check the dryer. The technician came out, turned on the dryer for less than 30 seconds and said that it needed a part and they would order it. I didn't feel that they had sufficient time to analyze the situation before leaving. Then I get a message from ****** telling me that I needed to pay for the service call with a credit card since the first service call was paid with a check. I emailed him back and said that I didn't think that I need to pay for the call since the technician was only at my house for maybe 10 minutes. He then told me that if I didn't pay that they would put a lien on my house! Well after a week the dryer made a loud popping noise and when I looked the new dryer vent they installed had a hole in it.I have never had a company threaten me as they did and I am sorry that I was stupid enough to pay the service fee!I hope after reading not only my review but the others as well and not use this company!

After reviewing your account tour condone it does not match your original service call. When you called in originally you told Mrs ******* in the office you needed a new vent and your current vent was already damaged. The technician stopped by the supply house to pick up a vent as that is what you requested. The technician did not take apart your dryer or diagnose the dryer. The technician only did what the ticket said you wanted and that was to replace the dryer vent. You called back in the next day stating it still wasnt working. Since our technician did not diagnose it originally you would be responsible for another trip charge. Our technician did not misdiagnose your dryer. The technician did as requested and replaced the vent. If your dryer is having other issues then you would be responsible for additional parts. The technician did intact diagnose your dryer correctly and gave you an estimate for repairs. You chose to not go through with repairs so you were responsible for another trip charge. Had the technician misdiagnosed the first time you would not be responsible for the second service call fee. If you later chose to go through with the repairs please call the office and they will get your karts ordered and get you in schedule.

Yes, they did repair the dryer but I called for another reason. The washer was making a scraping noise and I wanted them to check it out. This was my complaint! The service man stayed for less than 5 minutes, turned on the dryer briefly and then left. I was not satisfied with the time he spent to diagnose the problem so I called to cancel the service request. Before I cancelled I received a message asking me to pay in advance for coming out and when they noticed that I had paid before with a check they asked for a card number for the forthcoming repair bill. That is what upset me and when I contacted them and said that I didn't think that I should pay for someone coming out for **** minutes, not explaining what was wrong and just leaving that is when I got a message that if I didn't pay they would put a lien on my house!

I think my husband and I shall not be using Campbell Appliance and Air ever again. The male employee they sent barely did anything. More than once he wiped the sweat off of his face by lifting his T-shirt to wipe the sweat. In doing so, he exposed his belly over and over again. In my opinion this is a very unprofessional thing to do.
