      We had security cameras installed on the outside of our home on July 14, 2022 by *****************, *********************************************** of ********************* LLC. Cameras installed are UniView brand. Told by ***************** we had a 3 year warranty on the cameras/system covering everything except acts of God. Paid a substantial amount of money for the ************************* of said cameras/system. A month or so after installation we had frustrations w/ ************************* as he was not responding to our questions/concerns regarding the cameras. We were still learning the system & were told by ***************** and ************************* that adjustments would need to be made to settings to get the cameras where we wanted and to call them w/ questions. When ****** would not get back to us to resolve any issues we had such as camera lights flashing excessively or not at all, blurry picture etc., we reached back out to *****************. He responded at first, but once we asked for the phone number to Tech Support for UniView so we could contact them directly, he completely ghosted us. He quit responding to phone calls, voicemails, ************** So weve solely relied on UniView Tech Support to help resolve any camera issues, updates, etc. Fall of 2023 we started experiencing problems w/ one particular camera. UniView Tech support tried multiple times to correct this issue. Finally, they deemed the camera as being defective. They sent a brand new camera to ***************** of ********************* LLC, (acquired by Impact Fire of ****** in July/August 2023) in Dec. 2023 as we are still under our warranty period. Dark Horse was told by ************************ to then ship the camera to our home address. They refused the ************* it back to UniView! My *********** have since contacted Impact Fire w/ our problem since they acquired Dark Horse. Weve left voicemails for ************************* (******* *********** (Office ******** ****** will not return our calls! UniView Support techs also say that they are awful to work w/!
