    This company is a hardwood delivery service. They take payment up front. They delivered a partial order and have refused to provide the remainder of the order or a partial refund. This seems to be an ongoing issue with them (see yelp, ****** reviews etc). Theyre scamming customers.

    On or about November 23rd, I originally ordered, from Dick's Hardwood Delivery, a 1/2 Cord of Oak firewood to be delivered and stacked at my home. The agreed price was for $254.39 including tax. ****'s charged my Credit Card 3 times against different businesses under his name. The charges were for $313.92, $47.00, and $27.00. In addition to the overcharge the two additional charges ($47.00 and $27.00) were not authorized. I have communicated with ****'s via text msg. Since nobody answers the phone. I have requested that ****'s refund a total amount of $133.53 (overcharge $59.53 + $47.00 + $27.00) and to deliver the balance of the product.After much discussion and promises, ****'s has delivered some of the wood but they still owe me more. ****'s has refunded $47.00 and claims to have issued an addition amount but will not say when or how much.The resolution I am looking for is a refund of the overcharged amount of $59.53 and $27.00 and to deliver the balance of the wood to complete the order.

    I placed an order online on 11/28 for firewood at dickshardwood.com the order was for 4x8 half cord of pecan wood price 315 on the website. Total price was ****** including delivery and taxes. I called the number on the site and left a message saying they could drop it off in my driveway that I didn't need to be home.I received a text 12/2 to schedule an appointment. I scheduled for the next day 2pm. No call no show. The next day I received a text from a different number. I scheduled it again. No call, no show. On Dec 5th I got a text that said he would be out that day. No call no show. Dec 6th I got a text saying he delivered to the wrong house, and would be giving me a refund on top of the wood. I said that sounded fair due to the unprofessional manner of this situation.Dec 6th 2 barrels of wood were dropped off in my driveway followed by a text saying he made a mistake and only delivered half of my order. I text him back immediately and said I don't want the other wood I was owed I just wanted the full refund. He didn't respond. I tried to call the same number I left a message on and it seems to be out of order now. Some of the reviews on ****** have a similar story as mine. I texted on Dec 11th saying I hadn't received my refund, no response. I texted Dec 13th saying once again I still haven't received my refund and this would be my last attempt to contact them, I just wanted to end our business relationship and receive my refund.
