    HORRIBLE service!!!! If I could give a negative rating I would. When trying to call them the phone rings and then goes to voicemail. How are these people still in business. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

    American Home Shield dispatched A-** Express to diagnose why my A/C is not cooling. Day 2 a tech came out, climbed on the roof, and claimed that someone opened up the unit and shut it off. He stated that the coil was damaged and coolant was gone. (I have photo of the unit from building inspector 6 months ago when I purchased the unit. ) Day 5 A-** will not respond with a status report to AHS. I have called the A-** published number, however, it has been disconnected. AHS provided another number forA-** that has an outgoing message that they do not answer calls! It directs customers to text. On day 3 I texted that number with name, address, description of problem, and my phone number. No reply. I wonder whether A-** Express is a legitimate business.
